The Gesa Carousel of Dreams is the perfect location for your next business meeting, celebration, client apprecation event, training seminar or any other event you desire. With our historic carousel serving as your event backdrop, we’re sure to provide a unique location for your function.
We offer two standard business rental packages, however if you do not see what you are looking for, please inquire with our sales staff about a custom package which will meet your needs.
Weekday Meeting Space
This package is perfect for a business training meeting, seminar or a client presentation. Available for rental Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Discounts may be available for recurring rentals.
$75 per hour w/2-hour minimum
This package includes:

Exclusive use of the Event Center (approximately 1,200 square feet

Table and chair rental and setup for up to 96 guests (depending on your configuration)

Audio visual connections: Access to ceiling mounted projector and screen and connection to house sound system with ability to stream Pandora radio

Granite counter tops on east and west side of the room

High speed wireless internet access (750mb download; 40mb upload speeds)

Basic janitorial at the conclusion of the event
Private Business Rental
This package is perfect for a business training meeting, retirements, holiday parties or client appreciation events. Available for rental Monday-Thursday after 4pm and Friday-Sunday outside of public operating hours. Discounts may be available for recurring rentals.
$160 per hour w/2-hour minimum
This package includes:

Exclusive use of the Event Center and Carousel Room (approximately 5,500 square feet

Table and chair rental and setup for up to 96 guests (depending on your configuration)

Total building occupancy of 440 guests (Event Center and Carousel Room combined)

Carousel ride access at discounted pricing

Audio visual connections: Access to ceiling mounted projector and screen and connection to house sound system with ability to stream Pandora radio

Granite counter tops on east and west side of the room

High speed wireless internet access (750mb download; 40mb upload speed)

Basic janitorial at conclusion of your event

All rentals require a non-refundable deposit and client must agree to terms and conditions. You may purchase your food and beverage from the Carousel, or you may work with one of our catering partners. You may also opt to bring your own food and/or beverage, however no kitchen access is available and serving assistance is not provided. A certificate of liability insurance is required for business rentals.
